Offers welcome!
So cute with Minnie ears/makeup/white gloves as a Minnie Halloween costume! One of a kind! Or princess costume.
Waist is about 14.5in unstretched, but can stretch out a couple inches. Does have stiff tulle underneath. With good sewing skill the outer sequin skirt can be pulled and sewed to show the tulle underneath for an edgier look. Can be altered for a custom Halloween, birthday or rave outfit.
Great project pieces and rare material.
DIY, sewing, sequin material.
